Recognition of Program Grad IOSH Program Outcome Progress in industrialisation has increased various activities in the Petrochemical, Chemical, Construction and allied Engineering Industries. Personnel safety is of utmost importance at these workplaces. Ensuring health and safety of industrial workers is a responsibility of the management. The services of qualified Safety Officers are necessary to assist the management in planning and monitoring accident prevention programs. Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety will fulfil the needs of these industries by employing Safety Officers at their workplaces. It is a one year program designed specially by considering the needs of the industry. Syllabus is revised time to time as per the requirement of the Industry.
Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety is affiliated to Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education and Recognised by Government of Maharashtra. Program Certificate will be provided by Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, Mumbai.

This institute conducts Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety since 2022.The course is of one year duration and affliated to MSBTE,Mumbai.The course has been designed with a view to train persons working in industry as safety of everyone is of paramount importance. A number of Industrial Accidents occur because of human error. Many precious lives are lost every year, because of negligence of safety factors.
While there are legislations like Factory's Act,Workers Compensation Act,there is an urgent need to train these people and create awareness among them to avoid accidents at the first place.The Govt. and the industry both have attached much importance to safety of workers.Many industries have made appointment of qualified Safety Officers.Govt. has made it mandatory to create safety department or to appoint qualified safety officer in industry.
The Raigad District has shown good industrial development in the recent Past.Beacause its Vicinity to Mumbai and Pune,many large scale and small scale chemical and pharma industries has grownup in Raigad.It is indeed necessary that every person working in industry must have a formal education in safety and he must know how to deal with accidents and emergencies.
